Saath Nibhaana Saathiya is doing very well at 7 pm slot and on the Television Rating Point (TRP) charts. This typical Saas-Bahu Saga is currently the number one soap on Indian Television. One of the lead characters in this show is Gopi Bahu played by Jiaa Manek, a docile, simple and sweet girl, who always puts her family before herself. Lets find out hows Jiaa Manek is different from Gopi Bahu in real life.

Jiaa Manek is highly educated while Gopi Bahu is illiterate. Jiaa Manek is born and brought up in Mumbai and has done her majors in advertising and marketing from Ruia and Somaiya college. She loves dancing and acting.

She always wanted to be an actor, so she started going for auditions and was very fortunate to get a role in the movie Na Ghar Ke Na Ghat Ke, where she was privileged to work with renowned actors like Om Puri, Neena Gupta and Paresh Rawal. After that shee bagged the lead role in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya.

Completely! People are quite surprised to see her in person. But they like Giaa's look as much as they like Gopi in the serial. In reality, Jiaa is a very talkative person, very bubbly and fun-loving. She is also very sensitive and hate people who lie and are two-faced.
