Archana Goswami wasn't sure about the answer, so she decided to use her second lifeline, Double Dip and locked option C first. Option C was wrong answer, she asked for another lifeline, but Amitabh Bachchan said you can't use it. Archana realised that she made a blunder and then she locked option D and thus lost all the money which she won till now.
